This is an agile development project. See wikipedia for more infos about that.

For remo it boils down to a flexible user-centric approach. The development addresses this in the following way:

• Every feature (request) is made into a story.
• Every story is broken down into one or multiple tasks.
• A story could be "User Nick wants to see the configuration parameters".
• The tasks would be "Generate a configuration page" and "Create a link in the main menu to the configuration page".
• So Stories are the user-centric view, while tasks are developer-centric.
